2. Description of the Service

Lighthouse AI is an AI-driven job application and talent matching platform.

For individual users, we assist with job matching, application preparation, and automated submission.

For enterprise users, we provide tools to identify, evaluate, and connect with suitable candidates.

We do not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, interviews, or job offers.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We support both direct login and third-party authentication providers.

4. User Data & Authorization

By using the Service, you authorize Lighthouse AI to:

• Process your submitted information for service delivery
• Use AI systems to analyze resumes, preferences, and job data
• Access email verification codes solely for authentication and workflow completion, with your explicit consent

You retain ownership of your personal data. You grant Lighthouse AI a limited, non-exclusive license to use your data solely to operate and improve the Service.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription.

• Fees are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled
• Payments are handled by third-party payment processors
• We do not store full payment card information

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
• Interfere with system security or availability
• Scrape, resell, or misuse platform data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, AI workflows, and branding are the exclusive property of LIGHTHOUSE AI LABS COMPANY.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools, APIs, or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of job matches
• Employment outcomes
• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free AI results

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lighthouse AI shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Lost opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Lighthouse AI in the previous 12 months.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for violations or security reasons.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
